Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Cancellation or Editing Orders:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us via WhatsApp at Ph: 91-9935422633. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this time frame due to our fast shipping process. Refunds, including shipping fees, are provided if the order has not yet shipped. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for orders that have already been shipped, refused, or undelivered due to incorrect address or contact information. Reverse shipping charges may apply for refused or returned orders.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received:

Please inspect your package upon delivery for any damage. If any items are damaged, contact us immediately at Ph: 91-9935422633 within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the damage and provide compensation through store credits, refunds, or product reshipment, depending on the situation. If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange pickup or refund shipping charges, and send you the correct product upon return.

Return & Refund:

Mehendi Vibes Is Committed to providing Quality products.

However, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our products, you may return them within 30 days of delivery at the following address “124/a/411, Block No. 11, Govind Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (Pin Code – 208006)”. Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).

It must be noted that Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the customer, and prior authorization from us is required for returns.

If Refund is Accepted, Refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Timeframe : If Return is Accepted, returned product will be picked within 7-10 business days.

Replacement Timeframe: If Replacement is accepted, the replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Timeframe: If Exchange is accepted, exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
